About the Coffee:
Grown in the highlands of Sulawesi, Mandhelingo coffees are prized for their full body, low acidity, and distinctive earthy complexity. Smallholder farms in this region rely on traditional cultivation methods and volcanic soils to produce coffees with deep, grounded flavour and structure. This lot showcases the unmistakable character of Indonesian coffee in a smooth, caffeine-free form.

The semi-washed processing method enhances body and earthy depth through partial fermentation and controlled drying. Decaffeination is carried out using the Swiss Water Process, a chemical-free method that removes 99.9% of caffeine while preserving the coffee’s natural flavour, body, and complexity. The result is a decaf that remains rich, expressive, and true to its origin.
